I tried to bring this up to them and they only thing said was "in all two years of working here ,ive never heard that before". The staff loves to argue when you bring up a complaint and tells me there is nothing they can do since there is not a manager on site. They charge you for everything even when i cleaned my own carpet before i moved out..they charged for me a cleaning fee. The gates are always broken and i mean all the gates.

There were many times I parked in a handicap spot because it was the only thing left. As a young female, I did not feel safe parking off the property and walking on late at night, especially so close to Maryvale. The staff in the leasing office gave us attitude at times but I think they meant well. It was also convenient to have three pools available.

I've been living here for about 9 months, I have no complaints so far. I've read other reviews saying it is loud and noisy, but i have not had any bad experiences with that type of situation. That being said, I do live on the outside of the complex so it might be a lot different if you live in the inner parts but I have no idea. Had a cockroach issue when I first moved in, and they took care of it very quickly! Every Monday they have a pest control guy that goes and sprays, so any tenant who needs the spraying just needs to schedule prior to that Monday. This canal house on the Prinsengracht is completely renovated.
